The first box that you receive will always be the box for the month during which you subscribed. If you want to receive the box for the following month, you should subscribe during that month.

For example, if you subscribe on the 31st of August, 2022, the first box you'll receive will be the August 2022 box. If you want to receive the September box, you must subscribe during the month of September.

Each month, our designer selects the jewelry piece of the month for all our subscribers: a unique creation from one of our collections, valued between $39 and $100, starting from $35 a month (shipping included in Metropolitan France). Your jewelry piece comes carefully packed in a cotton pouch, accompanied by our French lifestyle magazine (la Gazette) and a certificate of authenticity, all enclosed in a beautiful box. On certain months, when we collaborate with a partner brand, we will slip a little surprise into your box (skincare or beauty product, discount voucher, or a tasty delicacy).

We offer several types of subscriptions:

- The monthly no-commitment subscription at $35 a month (shipping included in Metropolitan France) is automatically renewed every month until you unsubscribe.

- The monthly 3-month commitment subscription at $35 a month (shipping included in Metropolitan France) is automatically renewed every month and requires a minimum commitment of 3 months. For example, if you subscribe in January, you will be committed until March. At the end of your 3-month commitment, your subscription will auto-renew until you unsubscribe. We typically offer a little extra surprise in your first Box to thank you for your commitment. 

- The annual 12-month subscription at $30 a month (shipping included in Metropolitan France) is automatically renewed every month and requires a minimum commitment of 12 months. For example, if you subscribe in January, you will be committed until December. At the end of your commitment, your annual subscription will auto-renew every month until you unsubscribe.

Each month, we send one unique jewelry piece to all our subscribers. For this reason, it is not possible to exclude a jewelry category from your subscription. Therefore, choosing not to receive rings or earrings is not an option. However, there is no need to worry. If you don't have pierced ears, you will receive a pair of clip-on earrings.

Surprise is an essential element of the subscription concept, and it is what makes our boxes so appealing. For this reason, you cannot exchange or return a jewelry piece from the box you receive if it doesn't meet your expectations.

You cannot cancel your subscription from your customer space, but you can easily make a request to our customer service department via our contact form, making sure to select “6. Unsubscribe to the Emma&Chloé Box" as the Subject of your request in the dropdown menu.

Some conditions:- All cancellation requests must be made before the subscription renewal date (the 1st of the month). Our teams are available Monday to Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Therefore, your request must be sent to our customer service department within these business hours if you do not wish to renew your subscription.For example, if the next renewal date for your subscription is Sunday, August 1st, you must request cancellation no later than Friday, July 30 to ensure that your subscription will not be renewed in August.- Subscriptions requiring a commitment may be canceled during the subscription period, but they will continue to auto-renew until the end of the commitment term and once all the monthly payments have been received (3 in the case of a 3-month subscription, 12 in the case of an annual subscription). At the end of your commitment period, your subscription will be automatically canceled. For example, if you signed up for a 12-month subscription in January and you contact us in June to cancel it, your subscription will automatically end in December and you cannot stop the monthly charges until you have paid for the 12 months.
